Safety-toe Footwear + Uniforms Stipend
Because we require safety-toe footwear at work, we reimburse one pair of footwear per year. We also provide shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies to all our employees.
Tool Stipend
On employees' work anniversaries, they get to shop with Eric for a personal tool at the rate of $100 per year of employment.
